General information

Our inbound program brings to the US between 300 to 400 trainees from over 40 countries each year. Trainees are currently allowed to stay for 12 months plus an optional 6 months extension (if you qualify). At the completion of the training you can have another 30-days as a grace period. During the grace period trainees are not allowed to receive any kind of compensation, that time is for travel only. Trainees may not re-enter the USA during their grace period with your J-1 visa.

The outbound program prepares US agricultural students for internships in chosen countries abroad for up to 12 months. Students from outside of Ohio are also welcome to apply.
